1. Operator and agreement

These Terms govern MonsterCDN, operated by Monster Design Co., Ltd., Vietnam (company number 0312031388; DUNS 555820121), contact@monsterdesign.vn. You must have legal capacity to contract and authority to act for the business or website you represent. The order details accepted at checkout and these Terms form the service agreement; an individually negotiated written agreement prevails where it expressly says so.

Review the price, billing interval, website limit and usage allowance before submitting an order. Submitting an order requests service; a browser return from PayPal is not confirmation of payment or activation. Paid service access depends on payment verification and the technical and ownership checks described below. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not purchase a live paid service.

2. Service scope and activation

MonsterCDN supplies CDN delivery for eligible public static website assets through third-party infrastructure. A standard plan covers one website. It is not origin hosting, a website backup service, a full-page cache, unrestricted bandwidth for any purpose or a guarantee of search rankings, revenue or a particular speed score. Features depend on your confirmed plan and compatible integration.

You must control the website, complete requested DNS ownership verification and maintain a reachable, permitted origin. Activation can require DNS propagation, provider provisioning and HTTPS setup; payment does not guarantee instant activation. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, contact us for investigation and the remedy required by the agreement and applicable law.

3. Prices and annual savings

The advertised single-website price is US$8.99 each month or US$89.99 paid upfront for each year. Twelve monthly payments total US$107.88; annual billing saves US$17.89, approximately 16.58%, advertised conservatively as 16%. This compares billing methods, not a previously charged annual price. No countdown or limited-time expiry is claimed.

The annual amount is charged in one payment, not monthly instalments. At the current disclosed price, the same amount recurs each year until renewal is cancelled. The checkout and PayPal approval must show the applicable amount and frequency. Any legally applicable tax must be disclosed before payment; your bank or PayPal may apply separate currency-conversion or payment charges. We do not automatically bill bandwidth overages or add an undisclosed setup fee.

We may offer different prices for future orders. An existing subscription is not silently repriced by changing a marketing page. Any change to an existing customer's renewal price requires the notice and authorization required by law and the payment provider; the customer must be able to stop renewal before it applies.

4. Recurring payments and account access

By approving a subscription with PayPal, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Use a valid payment method and an email address you control. PayPal's own payment terms also apply to its services. We rely on verified provider records, not screenshots or a successful redirect, to determine payment and entitlement.

There is no separate public registration step. After confirmed payment, access instructions are emailed to the supplied address. You are responsible for keeping access links and credentials confidential and for notifying us of unauthorized use. Transaction history and provider receipts are not necessarily a tax invoice; contact support with any billing-document request.

5. Cancellation, refunds and payment disputes

You may request cancellation of automatic renewal through your account. Cancellation takes effect when the payment provider confirms it; check the confirmation before the next billing date. If account access fails, contact support promptly or use the subscription controls available in PayPal. Merely stopping website traffic, removing a plugin or closing a browser does not cancel a subscription.

After confirmed cancellation, access continues through the previously verified paid period, subject to lawful suspension, service limits and these Terms. Voluntary cancellation ordinarily does not provide a prorated refund for unused time. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee or waive a refund, withdrawal, cancellation or service-conformity right that mandatory law gives you.

For duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or an unfulfilled or defective service, email support with the transaction reference and relevant facts. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing. Contacting support does not remove your right to use PayPal's dispute process or a legal remedy. Refunds, reversals, disputes and failed renewals may change access according to verified provider records and applicable law.

6. Unlimited bandwidth and Fair Use

Our Fair Use plans include unlimited bandwidth for normal delivery of public static assets belonging to the single subscribed website. There is no fixed monthly GB quota and no automatic overage billing. Unlimited describes the absence of a fixed transfer allowance, not guaranteed throughput, uninterrupted capacity, hosting, file distribution or permission for every kind of traffic.

The service is not intended for video/audio streaming, bulk-download mirrors, public file hosting, backups, warez, proxying unrelated websites, reselling CDN access or artificially generated traffic. Hotlinking abuse, attacks, unlawful content and deliberate attempts to exhaust infrastructure may require protective action. High legitimate traffic by itself does not establish abuse.

We monitor bandwidth, costs and anomalies internally. Review thresholds trigger investigation rather than an automatic bandwidth cutoff for Fair Use plans. Where reasonable, we will contact you to investigate suspected misuse and offer corrective steps. Serious abuse, security threats or legal obligations may require immediate restriction of the affected service. We will explain the basis and restoration steps where lawful. Restrictions remain subject to mandatory legal remedies.

7. Your website and content responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and grant us and necessary infrastructure providers a limited right to copy, cache, transmit and process it solely to supply, secure and administer the service. You must hold the permissions and lawful basis needed for your content, visitor data and instructions, and provide appropriate notices to visitors.

Deliver only suitable public assets. Do not cache private or authenticated responses, secrets, personal account pages or payment information. Maintain your own origin backups, integration settings and security controls. You are responsible for your website, DNS, plugins, cache exclusions and testing after changes. Disabling MonsterCDN does not automatically remove CDN URLs configured in another plugin; restore origin URLs and clear relevant caches when ending service.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful material, infringement, malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, attacks, unauthorized scanning, circumvention of access controls or interference with others. Do not resell or share service beyond the permitted website scope, misrepresent ownership, expose private network endpoints or attempt to access another customer's resources.

We may investigate credible abuse reports and restrict affected resources proportionately. Immediate suspension may be necessary for a serious security threat, unlawful activity, binding legal request or material payment risk. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Suspension is not an automatic forfeiture of mandatory refund or other legal rights.

9. Availability, support and third parties

CDN delivery depends on Bunny.net, the internet, DNS, your origin and other infrastructure. Payments depend on PayPal. We remain responsible for our obligations under the agreement; using providers does not remove mandatory liability. No fixed uptime percentage, incident response time, service credit or performance outcome is promised without a separate written service-level agreement.

Support is available at contact@monsterdesign.vn for service and billing issues. We may carry out maintenance and change implementation details. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material planned interruptions and material reductions affecting a paid service, and provide remedies required by law. Events beyond reasonable control may delay performance, but do not excuse obligations that law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Allocation of risk and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business loss, lost profit, lost opportunities and losses caused by your unlawful content, incorrect integration or systems outside our reasonable control. For business customers, to the extent enforceable, our aggregate contractual liability for a claim is limited to fees paid to us for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

These limits do not exclude or restrict fraud, deliberate misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. No disclaimer overrides statutory service-quality duties. Customers should maintain backups and assess whether the service is suitable for their business continuity requirements.

Business customers are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable direct costs caused by their unlawful content, infringement or material breach. We will give prompt notice where permitted and allow reasonable participation in the defence; no settlement may impose an admission or obligation on you without consent. This is not a transfer of liability for our own unlawful conduct.

11. Ending the service and changes to Terms

You can stop renewal as described above. We may end service for an unresolved material breach after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate, or immediately where necessary for serious unlawful use or security threats. If we discontinue a paid service for our own commercial reasons, we will provide reasonable notice and address the unused prepaid portion through a refund or other remedy required by law or agreed with you.

We may revise these Terms for future orders. For existing agreements, material changes require appropriate notice and any consent required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder applies only so far as lawful; a failure to enforce a right once does not waive it permanently.

12. Complaints and governing law

Vietnamese law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you and cannot be displaced by contract. Send complaints to contact@monsterdesign.vn with the order reference, relevant facts and requested resolution. We will investigate and respond within applicable legal time limits and may request information needed to resolve the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by discussion, either party may seek resolution before a competent court or other forum available under applicable law. Nothing requires a consumer to waive a lawful choice of forum, mandatory protection, complaint right or remedy. The English wording is provided for this storefront and does not override mandatory language or disclosure requirements.
