2. Infrastructure and independent providers
MonsterCDN's application and service administration are operated by Monster Design. CDN delivery uses Bunny.net, payment processing uses PayPal, and transactional email may use Brevo. Public fonts and hero media may be delivered through Google Fonts and a CloudFront domain. Provider use and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
These third-party names identify dependencies or compatibility only. MonsterCDN is an independently operated service and does not claim ownership of, endorsement by, or an agency relationship with Bunny.net, PayPal, WordPress, WP Rocket or other third-party brands. Infrastructure providers do not become the seller of your MonsterCDN subscription merely because we use their services.
3. Intellectual property
The Monster Design identity and original MonsterCDN website material belong to Monster Design or their respective rights holders. Software and other components may be subject to their own licences. Third-party trademarks, fonts and media remain the property of their owners; no registered-trademark status is asserted by this notice.
You may access the website and use the service as authorized by your agreement and applicable licences. No ownership of our branding or proprietary material is transferred. Do not reproduce or redistribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis. Customer website content remains the customer's or its licensors' property.
4. Abuse and rights notices
Report suspected infringement, unlawful CDN content or security abuse to contact@monsterdesign.vn. Include the precise URL or hostname, a description of the issue, the basis of your rights or authority, supporting information and a contact address. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data or credentials.
We assess reports and may seek clarification, notify the affected customer where lawful, preserve evidence or restrict the affected resource as appropriate. A report is not itself proof of infringement. We may act promptly where a serious threat or binding legal obligation requires it. Knowingly false reports can harm others and may carry legal consequences.
5. Website information and links
We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If there is an inconsistency, contact support before purchasing; an order must clearly identify its price and scope. Editorial material and integration guides are general information, not a promise that every third-party configuration will work. The Terms govern purchased services, subject to mandatory law.
